Search & Rescue - Transceiver Skills Sessions

You cannot put a price on safety in the mountains and these sessions are for everyone, skiers, boarders and even walkers. Even regular users need to practise regularly. The right equipment on the mountain is essential, but it is of no help in an emergency unless you really know how to use it. These sessions focus on avalanche emergency procedure and transceiver search and rescue. The sessions are held at different points throughout the season, please ask when the next one will be if you want to join a session. If there are no sessions running during your holiday dates, this topic can be covered as part of your off piste lesson or ski touring day.
